MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN SINKS.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS INSIDE PREP AREAS REACH IN COOLERS.
