DEFROST SOME CHEST FREEZERS IN BASMENT. REPAIR UPPER PANEL AT MIDDLE ICE CREAM CHEST FREEZER. SEAL RAW WOOD SURFACES AT REAR SIDE DOOR IN BASMENT. REMOVE RUST FROM DRAIN AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND AT PANEL INSIDE ICE MACHINE. REMOVE TRAYS THAT ARE TOO LARGE TO FIT INSIDE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND OR PROVIDE LARGER THREE COMPARTMENT SINK TO ACCOMODATE SIZE OF LARGEST UTENSIL.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL AROUND PIPINGS AND CONDUITS INSIDE CABINET UNDER HAND WASH SINK AT PREP AREA AND AT WALL AND CEILING SECTIONS IN BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. CAULK WALL BASE AT REAR PREP AREA BY STAIRCASE.
