THE UNUSED SOUTH CHILDRENS BATHROOM IN THE BABY ROOM HAS THE HOT WATER TURNED OFF, REPAIR THE FAUCET.
THE THERMOCOUPLE USED TO TAKE FOOD TEMPERATURES NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OF FOOD BUILDUP.
THE KITCHENETTE COOLER HAS A DIRTY COIL, CLEAN OFF THE COIL.

Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.MUST ADJUST HOT WATER FAUCET VALVE AT MIDDLE SINK IN THE INVESTMENTS ROOM ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROOM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPLACE WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN MAIN OFFICE AREA.

MUST CLEAN FLOORS IN ALL CLASSROOMS TO REMOVE DUST FROM ALL CORNERS AND FROM UNDER SMALL CABINETS.
