The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED ONE MISSING CEILING TILE ABOVE MENS WASHROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL CEILING TILE.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED PREMISES USING PLASTIC CRATES TO ELEVATE ITEMS OFF BASEMENT FLOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SHELVES, ALL ITEMS MUST BE 6' OFF FLOOR TO PREVENT POTENTIAL PEST HARBORAGE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED DIRT BUILD UP INSIDE PREP AREA FLOOR DRAIN. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN INTERIOR OF FLOOR DRAIN AND MAINTAIN.

FOUND CLUTTER STORED NEXT TO CLEAN MULTI USE UTENSILS. (CLEANING CHEMICALS,SOAP,ETC.)
