NOZZLE ON EXPOSED HAND SINK EXTENDS TOO FAR IN VARIOUS POSITIONS SPLASHING WATER ONTO FLOOR AROUND SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE NOZZLE WITH PROPER LENGTH OF NOZZLE SO NOT TO CAUSE CROSS-CONTAMINATION.
MUST INSTALL A SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN EXPOSED HAND SINK AND WALL MOUNTED FRY SLICER. RAW WOOD USE TO MOUNT FRY SLICER MUST BE PAINTED, SEALED. TORN RUBBER DOOR GASKET IN COOLER ACROSS FROM PREP THREE COMPARTMENT SINK MUST REPLACE. MUST INSTALL SNEEZE GUARD BETWEEN CLEAN STORED DISHES AND CUSTOMERS AT BAR.
MUST PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD ABOVE BASEMENT BOX FREEZERS AND AT BASEMENT ICE MACHINE.
MUST PROVIDE INTERNAL THERMOMETER INSIDE TWO DOOR LINE COOLER ACROSS FROM PREP THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.
WOODEN BLINDS AT FOOD PREP WITH EXCESSIVE FOOD SPLATTER. MUST REPLACE WITH SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
