THREE COMPARTMENT SINK NOT MAINTAINED.OBSERVED A BLACK HOSE REPLACING RIGHT FAUCET, INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A FAUCET OR A WATER SPRAYER.SINK HAS A LEFT FAUCET WHICH REACHES LEFT COMPARTMENT AND MIDDLE SINK.SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-030 H000075232-12
Use dustless cleaning methods. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL ALL OPENED METAL SHEET BEHIND AND SIDE OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT,ALSO UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.REMOVE PEELING PAINT ABOVE THE REACH-IN COOLER.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOOR UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK,BEHIND THE GREASE TRAP.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELD WITH END CAPS IN PREP AREA.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. PROVIDE AN UNTHREAD FAUCET AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
