The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR HOLES AROUND PIPES IN CEILING IN REAR STORAGE ROOM AND RIGHT OF HOOD VENT IN REAR PREP AREA AND THROUGHOUT PREMISES AS NEEDED. PROVIDE STORAGE RACKS FOR REAR STORAGE AREA AT LEAST 6' OFF FLOOR FOR PEST CONTROL. REMOVE SODA STORED ON FLOOR. BASEBOARDS PULLING AWAY FROM WALLS IN MEN'S WASHROOM, REAR FURNACE ROOM AND IN FRONT SERVICE AREA ACROSS FROM CHEST FREEZER. REPAIR HERE AND THROUGHOUT PREMISES AS NEED TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.
