All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. SOME RUSTY RACKS IN THE REACHIN COOLERS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST AND PAINT WITH NON TOXIC PAINT.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN TOP, SIDES, FRONT AND INSIDE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT SOME FILTERS ABOVE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN SAME. REMOVE THE TIN FOIL FROM THE TABLES UNDER THE GRILLS AND CLEAN SAME.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOOR UNDERNEATH THE COOKING EQUIPMENT HAS GREASE BUILDUP. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE GREASE AND CLEAN SAME.
