All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. FOUND RUSTY FOOD STORAGE RACKS IN THE STORE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT SAME.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOOR NOT CLEAN UNDER THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND UNDER THE STORAGE RACKS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN SAME.
