The east section of the meat aging room, order packing room and freezer stageing room floors are rough, reseal the floors so they are smooth and easy to maintain. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
The ceiling beam above the packaged meat order processing line has a loose damaged area, repair said area so it is smooth and sanitary. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
The main men's bathroom has a sink that is dirty in the corners, clean and maintain the sink in sanitary condition daily. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
