OBSERVED MOLD GROWTH ON INTERIOR SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. UNIT TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ICE, TURN OFF MACHINE AND HAVE INTERIOR OF UNIT CLEANED AND SANITIZED.
