All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED SLIGHT LIME BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINE. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. OBSERVED SEVERAL RODENT BURROWS OUTSIDE THE REAR EXIT DOOR. MUST SEAL THE OPENINGS WITH CONCRETE.
All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED PINK MOLD GROWTH ON INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES OF THE MACHINE. MUST TURN OFF MACHINE, REMOVE ICE AND HAVE INTERIOR OF MACHINE CLEANED AND SANITIZED. MANAGER CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE ICE MACHINE. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA IS NOT BEING MAINTAINED CLEAN. OBSERVED CARDBOARD BOXES STACKED ON THE GROUND AGAINST THE DUMPSTER AND BUILDING WALL. OBSERVED GARBAGE LIDS UNABLE TO CLOSE DUE TO EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE INSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER. ALSO OBSERVED OVER 30 RAT DROPPINGS ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE OF THE EXIT DOOR, AROUND THE GARBAGE DUMPSTERS AND ALONG THE BUILDING WALLS. ALSO OBSERVED LIQUID WASTE ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THE DUMPSTERS. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE GARBAGE AREA. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR UNDER THE COFFEE SERVICE COUNTER.
MUST PROVIDE 2 ADDITIONAL SINK STOPPERS FOR THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.

AIR VENT OF THE DISPLAY CASE MUST BE FREE OF FOOD DEBRIS OR DUST.
A BARRIER MUST BE PROVIDED BEHIND THE COUNTER FOR CUPS, SYRUPS IN PUMPS & OTHER UTENSILD USED FOR PREPPING FLAVORED COFFEES, TO PREVENT TAMPERING OR CONTAMINATION OF SAID ITEMS.
