The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REMOVE THE EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF SPIDERWEBS BETWEEN THE FLOOR BEAMS IN THE BASEMENT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE SPILL ON THE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT UNDER THE STORAGE RACKS.
