Dish washing facilities not maintained or operated. While running and draining water in middle of three compartment sink, water with food debris coming up both left and right sides of sink. Instructed to detail clean grease trap and drainline to prevent inadequate disposal of drainage water. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.
Gaskets worn on all cooler doors. Instructed to repair all worn gaskets. Exposed hand sink not maintained. Instructed to install shield on both sides of sink.
One compartment sink unused in prep area not maintained. Instructed to have running water at sink or remove faucet and cap plumbing fixtures.
