All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST INSTALL A REFRIGERATION THERMOMETER IN THE WARMEST PART OF COOLER AND CONSPICUOUS.
