INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE EXPOSE HAND WASH SINK AT FRONT BAR PREP AREA,REPAIR FUACETS DRIPPING ON 3COMP.SINKS AT THE BAR AND IN KITCHEN,AND SLOW DRAINING ON HAND WASH SINK REAR DINING PREP AREA.
All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. FOUND NO RUNNING HOT WATER ON PREMISES AT THIS TIME,INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE BEFORE LICENSE REINSPECTION.NO CITATION ISSUED NO FOOD ON PREMISIES.
All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines.
