All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE PIZZA OVENS AND THE SIDE OF THE GRILL.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MAINTAIN THE FLOOR DRY IN THE BASEMENT.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST GROUT THE WALL TILES AND REPLACE THE BROKEN WALL TILES IN THE PREP AREA. MUST REPAINT THE WALL IN THE PREP AREA ABOVE THE TILED WALL. MUST CLEAN AND REPAINT THE WALLS AND CEILING IN THE BASEMENT WALK-IN COOLER.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS FOR THE LIGHTING IN THE PREP AREA.
REPAIR THE DRAIN LINE WATER LEAK AT THE BAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SINK STOPPER AT THE PREP AREA 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. REMOVE THE WEEDS AND VEGETATION AROUND THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER IN THE ALLEY.
