FOUND FACILITIES (REACH-IN COOLER AND REFRIGERATOR) WITH POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS NOT MAINTAINING PROPER TEMPERATURE. NOTED REACH-IN COOLER AIR TEMPERATURE OF 48.2F AND REFRIGERATOR AIR TEMPERATURE OF 49.4F. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO FIX. ALL COOLERS WITH POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS MUST MAINTAIN COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE OF 40F OR BELOW. THE SAID 2 COOLERS WAS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION BY THE CHICAGO DEPT. OF PUBLIC HEALTH.
