FOUND REACH IN COOLER IN FRONT PREP AREA AT AN IMPROPER TEMPERATURE OF 60F. UNIT MUST MAINTAIN A TEMPERATURE OF 40F OR BELOW. UNIT TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION UNTIL REPAIRED. MUST FAX A LETTER TO THE CHICAGO DEPT OF HEALTH WHEN READY FOR UNIT TO BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO USING IT.
All cold food shall be stored at a temperature of 40F or less. FOUND FOOD IN UNIT OF VIOLATION #2 AT 58F. FOUND 5LBS OF CHICKEN TENDERS THAT WERE DISGARDED BY MANAGER. VALUE $25.00. INSTRUCTED THAT ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS MUST BE HELD AT 40F OR BELOW.
