MUST PROVIDE THREE WORKING STOPPERS FOR ALL 3 COMPARTMENT SINKS ON SITE. MUST REPAIR LEAKY FAUCETS AT THE LARGE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK USED FOR DISHWASHING. MUST REPAIR LEAK AT TOILET BOWL FLUSH HANDLE IN MENS ROOM ADJACENT TO FRONT BALLROOM.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS IN PREP AREA UNDER COOLERS AND PREP TABLES AND REMOVE FOOD AND OTHER DEBRIS.
