INSTRUCTED ALL EMPLOYEES IF THEY USE GLOVES THEY MUST BE CHANGED BETWEEN TASK, AND HAND WASHING MUST TAKE PLACE BEFORE PUTTING ON NEW GLOVES. THEN OBSERVED SAME EMPLOYEE WASHING OUT A WIPING CLOTH OUT IN THE SINK THAT SIGN STATES HAND WASHING ONLY) INSTRUCTED ON PROPER SANITIZING OF WIPING CLOTHES IN 100PPM CHLORING SANITIZER. CITATION ISSUED POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES.
