DROPPINGS WAS OBSERVED UNDER THREE COMPARTMENT SINKS, ALONG WALLS,CORNERS AND UNDER SHELVES,ON TOP OF CARDBOARD THAT COVERS THE GREASE TRAP BY THE COOKING EQUIPMENT. FRONT COUNTER,UNDER PHONE WIRES AND PLASTIC BAGS. OBSERVED MICE DROPPINGS ON SECOND FLOOR(STORAGE AND WALK-IN COOLER AND WALK-IN FREEZERS IS INSTALLED AT SAID AREA) UNDER THE SHELVES. ALSO UNABLE TO CHECK ALL AREA DUE TO A LOT OF BOXES AREA STORED ON FLOOR . INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS,CLEAN AND SANITIZE AREA MENTIONED. ELEVATED ITEMS STORED ON FLOOR, 6' OFF THE FLOOR, INCLUDED THE OFFICE AREA. SERIOUS VIOLATION: 7-38-020.
