MUST INSTALL A SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN THE EXPOSED HAND SINK AND THE PREP COUNTER IN THE FOLLOWING ROOMS: INFANT 2, TODDLERS, TWO'S PRESCHOOL 1, AND PRESCHOOL 2, TO PROTECT THE FOOD FROM ANY POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION.
MUST SEAL THE HOLES ON THE WALLS IN THE MOP SINK CLOSET AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE (ENGINEER)SMOKING IN THE BOILER ROOM WHILE I WAS INSPECTING THE DUMPSTER AREA WITH THE MANAGER OF THE FACILITY AND ASSISTANT MANAGER OF THE DAY CARE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT NO PERSON MAY SMOKE IN ANY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. CITATION ISSUED 7-32-015

CHEESE AND PEPPERONI PIZZA AT 110F, 120F ON THE HOT HOLDING PIZZA UNIT.HOT HOLDING PIZZA UNIT TEMP AT 145F. TUNA AT 43.6F ON THE DISPLAY COOLER. MILK SKIM AND 2% AT 47.9F INSIDE THE REACH IN COOLER. REACH IN COOLER TEMP AT 38.9F. MANAGER DISCARDED THE SAID PRODUCT.TOTAL $ 25.00 ,TOTAL 3 LBS AND 1 GALLON. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST RECAULK THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE ENTREE SERVING AREA. CAULKING WORN OUT.
Use dustless cleaning methods. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALLS BEHIND THE GARBAGE IN THE ENTREE SERVING AREA NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING. GRID ON THE CEILING ABOVE THE HOT HOLDING UNIT IN THE ENTREE SERVING AREA, RUSTED. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST AND REPAINT.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN AND ORGANIZE INTERIOR TOP AND BOTTOM SHELVES OF ALL THE CABINET IN THE BC AREA, ENTREE SERVING AREA AND COFFEE AREA IN THE CAFETERIA AND MAINTAIN.
