CLEAN ALL THE STORAGE SHELVES AND SHELVES UNDERNEATH THE ALL PREP TABLES HAS FOOD DEBRIS ON THEM. DEFROST AND CLEAN THE REACHIN FREEZER HAS ICE BUILDUP.
