The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED DUST BUILD UP ON CEILING TILES/INSIDE CEILING LIGHT COVERS ABOVE PREP AREA. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN UNCLEAN CEILING TILES/LIGHT COVERS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED FOOD/DUST BUILD UP ON SHELVES AT PREP AREA. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL UNCLEAN SHELVES.
