The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE PANELS AROUND PREP AREA AND NEXT TO COOKING EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE CEILING PANELS FOR MISSING SECTIONS IN STAFF TOILET ROOM IN BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN WALL JUNCTIONS AND CEILING IN STAFF TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OPENINGS AT PIPING IN STAFF TOILET ROOM.
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT STAFF TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR VENTILATION IN CUSTOMER TOILET ROOM.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.
