Ventilation not provided in employees toilet room in basement and not working properly in customers toilet room. Instructed to repair exhaust fans. Drainline not provided at soda gun holders. Instructed to install drainlines to dispose of liquid waste.
Ice bins not provided with covers in bar area. Instructed to provide covers to protect ice at all times.
Can opener attached to prep table not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize after every use.
