All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR RUST ON WALK IN COOLER DOOR INSIDE.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN FOOD STAINS ON PLASTIC CURTAIN ON WALK INCOOLER DOOR.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO ELEVATE BOXES OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CONTAINERS 6' OFF THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT ,AT ALL TIMES. MAINTAIN FLOOR DRY AT EXPOSE AND WASH ISNK AREA.

OBSERVED ONE EMPLOYEE WITH DIRTY HAND FROM HAVING MIXED RAW CHICKEN IN FLOUR SCOOPING ICE FROM THE ICE BIN FROM ICE MACHINE, WHICH HE LEFT ICE SCOOP INSIDE THE ICE BIN WITH DIRTY HANDLE.ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS WASHING POTS,MANAGER REQUESTED ICE, THE FOOD HANDLER STOPPED WASHING POTS AND WITH DRIPPING WET HANDS SCOOPED ICE FROM INSIDE THE ICE BIN,USING THE SAME ICE SCOOP THAT WAS LEFT BY THE FIRST FOOD HANDLER. ICE IS USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. INSTRUCTED TO WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ICE SCOOP AND DISCARD ICE . CRITICAL VIOLATION: 7-38-005(A)
