MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING:INTERIOR OF REACH-IN FREEZER, MEAT SLICER, FAN COVERS IN WALK-IN COOLER, COUNTERS/SHELVES THROUGHOUT AND DRAIN RACKS ABOVE 3-COMP. SINK.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN DRY FLOORS IN THE BASEMENT, CORNERS AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENTS. MUST PROVIDE/REPLACE ALL MISSING/DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN REAR PREP AREA- FLOORS SHOULD BE LEVELED, SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN DAMAGED CEILING IN BASEMENT THROUGHT AS NEEDED, SEAL ALL PIPES/CONDUITS AND CRACKS/CREVICES. WALLS MUST BE CLEANED IN REAR PREP AREA.
