Found food items not properly dated/labeled in wak in cooler, coolers, reach in freezer, must date and label food items in walk in cooler, coolers, reach in freezer.
Caulk by 3 compartment sink, prep table areas in state of disrepair, shall be replaced/repaired.
Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving, cooler shelving, prep table, ice machine not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment not clean, need detailed cleaning(corners), floors in storage rooms need detailed cleaning(corners).
Missing ceiling tiles in rear kitchen prep area, shall be provided, damaged ceiling tiles shall be replaced, walls in prep areas need detailed cleaning.
Light shields in kitchen prep areas not clean, need cleaning.
Exhaust vent(ventilation)in walk in cooler, coolers, kitchen prep area, not clean need detailed cleaning, exhaust vents in bathrooms need cleaning.
