SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND CEILINGS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS AND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN ALL AREAS. REPAIR WALL UNDER 2-COMP SINK IN KITCHEN. REPLACE MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILES IN PANTRY.

All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health.
