Wall around faucet of utility sink not sealed. Instructed to seal openings.
Dish washing facilities not maintaining adequate temperature. High temperature dish machine not properly sanitizing. Final rinse at 140 F. Machine not being used at this time. Instructed that final rinse must be at 180 F. 'Held for Inspection' tag placed on machine. No citation issued at this time.
Thermometers not conspicuous in refrigerators. Instructed to have hanging thermometers visible in front of all coolers.

Violation #35 now corrected.

Found some food items in coolers, reach in freezers not dated, labeled, must date and label food items in coolers, reach in freezers.
Storage shelving in kitchen area, had peeling paint, rust, shall be repair/replaced.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, storage shelving not clean need cleaning.
Floors in storage area, and under ice machine, need cleaning(corners).
missing light shields in storage areas, and rear kitchen areas, shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in kitchen prep areas, coolers, and bathrooms not clean need detailed cleaning.

INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR THE LEAKING FAUCET AT THE 3 COMP SINK.......DEFROST THE UPRIGHT FREEZERS BY THE HAND WASH SINK AND AT THE REAR STORAGE AREA.
INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE VENTILATION AT REAR TOILET. NO VENTILATION AT THIS TIME.
MUST PROVIDE STEM THERMOMETERS AT ALL COOLERS FOR TEMPERATURE MONITORING.
