All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST NOT USE TIN FOIL AS LINER FOR COOKS LINE EQUIPMENT.
Soiled and clean linens, coats, and aprons shall be properly stored. DIRTY LINENS FOUND IMPROPERLY STORED, NOT COVERED OR CONTAINED UNDER EXPOSED HAND SINK.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES AT ENTRANCE TO CLOSET AND KITCHEN. MUST REPLACE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MISSING/DAMAGED FLOOR TILES AT FLOOR GREASE TRAP AND MOP SINK. MUST REPAIR/REPLACE. ALL STORED ITEMS UNDER KITCHEN THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND AROUND ICE MACHINE MUST BE ELEVATED FROM FLOOR 6' OR ABOVE. PIPING UNDER SAME SINK PROPPED UP WITH RAW WOODEN BLOCKS ON FLOOR. MUST BE CLEANABLE, NON-ABSORBENT MATERIAL. FLOOR UNDER COOKS LINE EQUIPMENT, BAG AND BOX SODA DISPENSERS AND REAR DRY STORAGE WITH GREASE, SYRUP SPILLAGE AND DEBRIS. MUST CLEAN.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INTERIOR ICE MACHINE MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE. TABLE TOP CAN OPENER WITH ENCRUSTED FOOD DEBRIS. MUST CLEAN AFTER EACH USE AND MAINTAIN.

MUST REPLACE CRACKED FLOOR TILE IN FRONT OF 3COMP SINK.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOOR AT CORNERS AND UNDER HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN AND ALL FLOOR DRAINS ON PREMISES.
MUST PROVIDE A CONSUMER ADVISORY IN PUBLIC VIEW AT ALL TIMES.
