CRACKED CEILING LIGHT SHIELD IN THE PREP AREA, MUST REPLACE AND MAINTAIN.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE EXTERIOR SIDES OF THE GRILL AND THE OVEN AND MAINTAIN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR INSIDE THE ELECTRICAL PANEL,ALONG THE WALL BASE AND ALL CORNER, AND MAINTAIN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. CHIPPED PAINT ON THE WALLS INSIDE THE DRY STORAGE ROOM BY THE PASTA SHELVE, MUST REMOVE CHIPPED PAINT AND MAINTAIN. WALLS BY THE CANNED GOODS INSIDE THE STORAGE GOODS ROOM,MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST INSTALL A SPLASHGUARD ON THE EXPOSED HAND SINK BEHIND THE BAR.
