None of the operations connected with food establishments shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters. MUST READJUST THE SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOOR OF THE TEACHER'S WASHROOM IN THE LOUNGE ROOM.(DOOR NOT CLOSING ALL THE WAY).
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE INTERIOR OF THE MICROWAVE IN THE TEACHER'S LOUNGE ROOM, AND MAINTAIN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOOR INSIDE THE SCIENCE STORAGE ROOM 2ND FLOOR AND INSIDE THE BOY'S WASHROOM IN THE GYM NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING ALONG THE WALL BASE AND ALL CORNER.

Floors in storage rooms in 3rd floor (old building)not clean need cleaning, storage rooms floors in 2nd, 1st floors, in newer building not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).Floors in lunch room areas need cleaning(corners).
Peeling paint by window in 2nd floor classroom(old building), shall be repair/sealed, missing ceiling tiles in classrooms of old building(3rd fl, 2nd fl, and 1st fl, shall be repair/replaced. Damaged, stained ceiling tiles in classrooms(newer building) in 2nd floor, shall be repair/replaced.
Light shields in classrooms, bathrooms in newer, and old building, not clean need detailed cleaning, also damaged, and burned light bulbs shall be replaced in old, and newer building.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in classrooms, bathrooms in old, newer building need cleaning(detailed).
