All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.SEAL ALL RAW WOOD FRONT COUNTER.

OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF INSECTS/ROACHES, INSIDE TWO METAL CABINETS AT DISH WASHING AREA. ONE CABINET HAS ABOUT 7, THE OTHER HAD ABOUT 6 LIVE ROACHES. ALSO OBSERVED 3 MORE LIVE ROACHES UNDER FRONT SERVING COUNTER. ALSO MUST SEAL BOTTOM AREA OF SIDE DOOR TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY. PEST CONTROL ON PREMISES ON 3-21-2011. Also, observed unapproved method of pest control service. Found an empty can of indoor fogger on floor in rear prep area, can label strictly prohibits use of insecticide in commercial kitchen.
