All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN THE KITCHEN IN BROKEN. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOOR TILE BY THE STEAMER IS MISSING. INSTD. TO REPLACE SAME.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. THE VENTS IN THE BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOM 1ST FLOOR ARE NOT CLEAN. INSTD. TO CLEAN SAME.
