Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. NO LIGHT SHIELDS IN THE FOLLOWING AREA/MISSING-PRODUCE COOLER,MEAT DISPLAY COOLER,PREP AREA. MUST INSTALL.ALSO PROVIDE ADEQUATE LIGHTING BEHIND COUNTER WHERE GROUND BEEF /CHEESE NACHO ARE SERVED.
