All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE DUCT ABOVE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK HAS CRACKS IN THE PAINT WHICH NEED TO BE SCRAPED AND RESEALED TO REDUCE PAINT CHIPS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS ARE DAMAGED AND UNSANITARY UNDER THE NEW STOVE AND OVEN AND THE BASE BOARD IS DAMAGED BETWEEN THE STOVE AND HAND SINK. Clean and maintain the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. FILL IN THE GAPS IN THE WOOD WALL BEHIND THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AND RESEAL THE WALL SO IT IS SMOOTH AND SANITARY.

THE COOKING AREA IS DARK. INSTALL ADDITIONAL LIGHTING IN SAID AREA.
THE STORAGE AREAS/COAT ROOMS OF ROOMS # 102, 205 AND 208 ARE CLUTTERED, REORGANIZE SO THE CORNERS ARE EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR INSPECTION AND CLEANING.
AN BOTTLE OF 'AWESOME' CLEANING PRODUCT WAS FOUND IN THE KITCHEN. NO LIST OF ANY INGREDIENTS IS LABELED ON THE BOTTLE, PRODUCT DISCARDED. ONLY APPROVED AND PROPERLY LABELED CLEANERS MAY BE USED.
