All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED EXIT DOOR WITH 1/3 OF AN INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO RODENT/INSECTS PROOF THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS.
A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served. NO CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER MUST BE ON SITE WHILE PREPARING, SERVING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS SUCH AS CHICKEN WINGS, HAMBURGER, HOT DOG, ETC. CITATION ISSUED SERIOUS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE FOLLOWING: ALL THE TOP AND SIDE EXTERIOR OF THE STOVE, DEEP FRYER, AND STOVE;THE UNUSED 3 COMPT IN THE BAR,(ONE OF THE 2, 3 COMPT SINK IN THE BAR),BOTTOM SHELVE OF THE REACH IN FREEZER AND MAINTAIN.

MISSING FLOOR TILES IN THE PREP AREA, MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
