POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS NOT MEETING PROPER TEMPERATURE ON HOT HOT HOLDING UNIT. HOT DOGS AT 122.3F, 124.1F, TAQUITTOS AT 14.3F, 122.5F. MANAGER DISCARDED THE SAID PRODUCTS TOTAL 3 LBS AND $6.70. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL
MUST DEFROST THE ICE CREAM FREEZER ,WITH HEAVY ICE ACCUMULATED. MUST REMOVE ALL CARDBOARD BEING USED AS SHELF LINER IN THE WALK IN COOLER.
MUST INSTALL BASEBOARD/COVING 4' IN THE WALK IN COOLER. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR IN THE WASHROOM IST FLOOR, IN THE STORAGE ROOM REAR AREA, BEHIND THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS COUNTER, AND WALK IN FREEZER.
SCATTERED BIG HOLES ON THE WALLS IN THE SODA STORAGE ROOM, MUST SEAL ALL THE HOLES. VENT/FAN COVER IN THE WALK IN COOLER WITH MINIMAL DUST ACCUMULATED, MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. WALLS BEHIND THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS COUNTER,CEILING INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER,NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING. DAMAGED AND STAINED CEILING TILES INSIDE THE SODA STORAGE ROOM ,MUST REPLACE.
MISSING LIGHT SHIELD AND END CAPS ON THE LIGHTING FIXTURE IN THE FRESH FRUITS COOLER, MUST PROVIDE.

Found foods damaged from fire (smoke damaged)at time of inspection on 6/29/2011.(Sanwiches, groceries ,ice cream bars, cady bars, pastries, breads, cookies, cereals, chips, snacks, peanuts,doughnuts, juices, pop dispensing units with product in it, and ice maker for desserts drinks.No citation issued due to fire inspection per supervisor P.Oconnor a this time of fire inspection on 6/29/2011. Mgmt. will have product disposed by fire insurance company on 6/30/2011.
Found/observed fron entrance/exit door not rodent proofed, door had 1/4to 1/2inch gap on middle , and bottom of door, no citation issued due to fire inspection per supervisor P. Oconnor, at this time of fire inspection on 6/29/2011.
Non food contact surfaces of shelving, counter, shelving that has damaged, peeling paint shall be repair/replaced.,
Non food contact surfaces of all cooking equipment, pop dispensing units, cooler shelving, counters, kitchen sinks, storage shelving in storage rooms, sales floors must be thoroughly wash, and sanitized, odors removed from fire(smoke).
Floors throughout premises need detailed cleaning, sanitizing, and any damaged floor tiles repair/replaced.(1st floor, 2nd floor).
Damaged walls, ceiling tiles throughout premises shall be repair,sealed, kitchen walls sanitized, broken windows replaced.(no soot or odor to be remain on walls,ceilings).Walk in cooler ceiling, walls need detailed cleaning and sanitizing.
Light shields need detailed cleaning throughout premises, must replaced any damaged light shields.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in walk in cooler, coolers, and throughout premises, building need detailed cleaning, and sanitizing.

New prep area had no exposed hand sink inside prep area, hand sink located outside prep area counter not accessible to staff, must provide exposed hand sink inside kitchen prep area for kitchen staff.(no citation due to Office assignment for canvass at above premises), new prep area not operating, or open for business at this time of inspection (office assignment)on 9/27/2011.
