THE REAR COOLER USED BY FROG'S MARKET FOR PACKAGED MEAT STORAGE IS FULL OF OLD PALLETS, TIRES AND OLD BOXES. REMOVE OLD ARTICLES AND MAINTAIN THE COOLER IN A MORE SANITARY MANNER. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens.
THE FLOORS ARE WET AND DIRTY, CLEAN THE FLOORS AND MAINTAIN DAILY. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
THE WALL BEHIND THE CREAM WINE CO/CANDID WINES LLC MOP SINK ARE MOLDY AND DAMAGED, REPAIR THE WALL SO IT IS SMOOTH AND SANITARY. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
THE GINGER PACKING AREA IS DIRTY IN CHRISTOPHER RANCH; CLEAN, RINSE AND SANITIZE AREA IN DETAIL. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
