OBSERVED 15-20 MICE DROPPINGS INSIDE CABINET UNDER SINK IN WASHROOM, 5 LIVE FLIES IN BEVERAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR FOR SERVICE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA NOT CLEAN AND MAINTAINED.
