OVERFLOWING TRASH DURING THIS INSPECTION.MUST NOTIFY THE DISPOSAL COMPANY FOR SERVICE AND MAINTAIN LIDS CLOSE AT ALL TIMES TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020. The rear door has 2 inch gap openings on corners, across bottom. Instructed to rodent proof door to prevent rodent and insect entry. Serious Violation 7-38-020. The toilet room must be maintained. Instructed to provide soap,hand papertowels at all times. Serious violation 7-38-030. Toilet room door must be self closing. A backflow prevention device is needed at the mop utility sink,repair water leak at the main water supply located in the west wall of basement. Raw wooden surfaces throughout the premises must be sealed using a non-toxic finish,splashguard is needed at the utility mop sink. Must seal openings on brick walls at east,south walls of the basement.
