LEAK AT NOZZLE ON ONE COMPARTMENT PREP SINK, MUST REPAIR. LEAK FROM CEILING/PIPING IN BASEMENT, MUST REPAIR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. HOLES IN WALLS @ THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND UNDER DISH MACHINE, MUST SEAL. CHIPPING PLASTER IN WALL AT MOP SINK, MUST REPAIR.
