All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT( WIRE RACKS,EMPTY BOXES,WATER HOSE, BOXES,ETC). INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD UNUSED ITEMS,ARTICLES NOT BEING USED TO PREVENT RODENTS/INSECTS HARBORAGE.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. RUBBER GASKET ALONG THE DOOR OF THE 2 DOOR REACH IN COOLER IN THE DINING ROOM,LOOSE. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CRACKED FLOOR TILES THROUGHOUT THE PREP AREA, KITCHEN. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE/REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ,MAKE THE FLOOR SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. MUST CLEAN THE FLOOR IN DETAIL, ALONG THE WALL BASE AND ALL CORNERS IN THE KITCHEN PREP AREA AND MAINTAIN. FLOOR OF THE WALK IN FREEZER NEEDS DETAIL CLEANING.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. VENT COVER IN BOTH MENS AND LADIES WASHROOM WITH HEAVY DUST BUILT UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN. STAINED CEILING TILES IN THE DINING ROOM , MUST REPLACE CEILING TILES.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL ALL THE EXTERIOR AND SIDES OF THE COOKING STOVES AND GRILL, WITH GREASE ACCUMULATED.

Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment, under storage shelving(1st fl, bsmt)not clean need detailed cleaning(corners).
Walls, ceiling in kitchen prep areas, storage areas not clean need cleaning(detailed).
Light shields in kitchen prep areas, storage areas not clean need detailed cleaning, missing light shields in rear storage areas, bsmt. storage areas shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in coolers, kitchen prep areas, rear storage areas, dining areas, and bathrooms not clean need detailed cleaning.

Exhaust canopy had excess grease build up, needs detailed cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation) in bar area, and hallway not clean need cleaning.
Stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
Broken light shield in kitchen prep area, shall be replaced.
Exposed hand sink counter in bar area in state of disrepair,had exposed raw wood, peeling paint, shall be repaired/replaced.

MUST REMOVE OR DICARD CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT( ALL PREVIOUS OWNERS, EQUIPMENTS, DECORATIONS, CHAIR, BIRD'S CAGE, ICE MACHINE, OLD STOVE, PAPERS,ETC.) TO PREVENT RODENT/INSECTS HARBORAGE. ELEVATE ALL THE REST OF THE ARTICLES,BAGS,BOXES, ETC TO HAVE AN EASY ACCESS IN CLEANING THE FLOOR. MUST ORGANIZE UNDER THE STAIR, (WITH CLUTTER).
MUST DRY THE FLOOR UNDER THE ICE MACHINE (WITH STANDING WATER) TO PREVENT INSECTS HARBORAGE.
MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL ALL THE EXTERIOR SIDES OF THE GRILL AND STOVES.
HOLE ON THE WALLS ABOVE THE LIQUOR SHELVE IN THE LIQUOR ROOM. MUST SEAL THE HOLE.WALLS WITH PEELING PAINT BY THE MOP SINK,AND BEHIND THE ICE BIN IN THE BAR AREA. MUST REMOVE/SRAPE PEEELING PAINT AND MAINTAIN. DAMAGED WALLS BEHIND THE PRIVATE EMPLOYEES WASHROOM DOOR. MUST REPAIR. MUST CLEAN THE WALLS THROUGHOUT THE BAR AREA BY THE 3 COMPT SINK, BEHIND THE ICE BIN. STAINED CEILING TILES IN THE DINING AREA. MUST REPLACE.
