All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. RUSTY SHELVES AND LEGS UNDER THE TWO PREP TABLES AND UNDER THE GRILL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT SAME. EXTERIOR GREASE TRAP UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IS RUSTY. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUSY AND PAINT SAME.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT AND HOOD AND FILTERS ABOVE HAS GREASE BUILDUP. DEFROST AND CLEAN THE REACHIN FREEZER HAS ICE BUILDUP.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE PREP AREA HAS GREASE BUILDUP UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT. REPLACE THE MISSING FLOOR TILES IN THE PREP AREA..CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE BASEMENT HAS DUST AND DIRT ON THEM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL THE HOLES IN THE WALLS IN THE BASEMENT SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. CLEAN THE LIGHT SHIELDS UNDER THE TWO HOODS IN THE PREP AREA.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. CLEAN ALL THE VENTS THROUGHOUT PREMISES HAS DUST BUILDUP. THE FAUCET AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN POOR REPAIR RIGHT SIDE WATER COMES OUT SLOWLY. (LEFT SIDE FAUCET IS OK) INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE SAME.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. LARGE AMOUNT OF CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT BOXES, BAGS AND OLD UNUSED EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
