The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAINT/REPAIR WALL/CEILING REAR STORAGE AREA, WALL BY DINING AREA BATHROOM, AND REPAINT KITCHEN IN A LITE COLOR PAINT
