All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOLLOWING IN NEED OF CLEANING: INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES OF MOP SINK, DOOR FRAMES AROUND DISPLAY COOLER DOORS, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES OF MEAT/DISPLAY CASE ESPECIALLY AROUND DOORS.
All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply. FOUND NO HOT RUNNING WATER ON PREMISES AT THIS TIME (HOT WATER TANK BROKEN). INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE.
All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. NOTED GAP/OPENING AT THE BOTTOM OF FRONT AND REAR STORAGE DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO RODENT PROOFED BOTTOM OF THE SAID DOORS.
The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE OUTSIDE GARBAGE DUMPSTER.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS IN REAR STORAGE AREA IN POOR REPAIR (UNEVEN AND PEELING FLOOR TILES). INSTRUCTED TO FIX.----- MUST PROVIDE FLOOR BASEBOARD AROUND REAR AREA (BEHIND MEAT/DELI DISPLAY CASE AND MOP SINK AREA).-------FOLLOWING FLOORS IN NEED OF CLEANING: REAR STORAGE AREA, DISPLAY AREA ESPECIALLY ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS, UNDER AND AROUND COOLERS, AND FLOORS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLERS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OPENINGS ON WALLS AT REAR STORAGE AREA.-----MUST REPLACE MISSING CEILING TILES ABOVE REAR AREA AND MUST SEAL OPENING AT CEILING AROUND PIPES (REAR AREA).

All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER VISIBLE AND ACCURATE INSIDE COOLERS WITH POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD (EG MILK, PREPACKAGED LUNCH MEAT, PREPACKAGED CHEESE ETC).
