All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE DAMAGED DOOR AND WINDOW COVERS AT FRONT.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN EXTERIOR OF COOLERS,STOVE TOP AND INSIDE,EXPOSE HAND WASH SINK BY KITCHEN,STORAGE SHELVES UNDER PREP TABLES, AND TOILET BOWLS WITH STAINS AND DEBRIS. ALSO MUST DEFROST AND CLEAN FLOOR FREEZER WITH EXCESSIVE ICE BUILD UP.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN FLOORS AT GREASE TRAP WITH SATINS ,AND REPAIR BROKEN TILES THROUGHOUT FACILITY.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN WINDOW BASE WALLS WITH DUST BUILD UP.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN LIGHT SHIELD IN TOILET AND TRACKING LIGHTS AT KITCHEN WITH STAINS.
None of the operations connected with food establishments shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters. OBSERVED BASEMENT BEING USED AS LIVING QUARTERS WITH BEDS ETC.. INSTRUCTED NOT TO USE AS LIVING AREA.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST ORGANIZE AND OR REMOVE EXCESSIVE CLUTTER ON FACILITY.
